From a young boy with dreams of musical stardom, David Bower’s journey took an unexpected turn while tinkering with his MIDI keyboard. This changed his life forever.
David’s professional career started in corporate advisory, before it took him into the world of IT. His journey began as an IT recruiter, where candidates often marvelled at his profound knowledge, exclaiming, “You know more than me! You should be doing this!”
Embracing their advice, David founded Neo Technologies in 1998.
With a wealth of experience and knowledge in the IT industry, David Bower is at the forefront of driving innovation and transforming businesses through technology. His leadership at Neo Technologies has been instrumental in the company’s success, making it a trailblazing Technical Services Provider in Australia.
David’s commitment to excellence has been celebrated with numerous accolades, including the prestigious Lord Mayor’s Commendation for Business. Julie is an accomplished senior leader with an impressive track record spanning over two decades in the Telecommunications and ICT Industry. As the Director of Service Delivery and Client Relations at Neo Technologies, Julie brings a wealth of expertise to her role, consistently driving exceptional results for our clients.
Throughout her career, Julie has successfully spearheaded complex initiatives, operating on both national and international levels. Her distinctive approach is marked by unwavering pragmatism and tenacity, ensuring that projects are not only completed, but executed with excellence.
What truly distinguishes Julie is her profound commitment to people. She embodies a genuine people-centric ethos, approaching every project with the dual goal of achieving desired outcomes while nurturing and transforming individuals throughout the journey. Julie’s educational background includes attending Swinburne University and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, where she specialised in Strategic Leadership.
In her leisure time, Julie is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, passionately engaged in both cardio and strength training. She also enjoys travel, her pets and sharing quality dining experiences with her family and friends.
